How EIC Concrete Went From $9K/mo Door-Knocking To $100K/Mo in 30 Days Implementing The RootFlow Growth System

EIC Concrete is a concrete company based in Denver, CO that focuses on helping homeowners install new driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other concrete services.

Implementing the RootFlow System:

Before RootFlow, the main source of jobs for EIC Concrete was door-knocking. It got them results and kept their 1 crew fairly busy, but it wasn’t enough to really grow and make real money.

Door-knocking was tough. It meant having to knock on dozens and dozens of doors before getting a chance to even pitch something. But nonetheless, it worked and got some jobs coming in.

Now it was time to grow the business and hit $20K, $30K, maybe even $50K/Months but the road to hitting those numbers was blurry, and Juan, the owner of EIC Concrete, was looking for help.

That is when we decided to work together and implement the RootFlow Acquisition System into his business – and we’re glad we did.

Within just 3 days we were booking estimate after estimate on Juan’s calendar, and within just 7 days, he had closed $20,000 in concrete jobs using the RFA System, things were looking great.

As the days went by, we kept on booking estimates and Juan kept on closing jobs.

When we began this journey, he mentioned that his goal was to hit $50K/Month in the next 6 months but we helped him achieve that in just 18 days of implementing the RFA system.

And after 59 days of working with us, he had closed over $150K in new jobs.

Now, he is no longer working on the field and is managing 3 crews. He even has time to be at home when he needs to instead of running from place to place when he was on the field.

During those 30 days, this is what the numbers looked like for EIC Concrete:

  • 56 Qualified Leads

  • 50 In-Person Estimates

  • 16 Jobs Closed

  • $99,800 In Revenue

For a total of 76.4x return on ad costs. Which means that for every $1 Juan invested into our system, he made $76.40 – pretty good return, wouldn’t you say?

To make this happen we needed a few things:

  1. A way to let people know EIC Concrete existed and could help them with concrete services

  2. A process to qualify those leads and book them on the calendar to ensure we only spent resources on the right prospects

  3. A proven sales process to convert those prospects into paid jobs

Letting People Know EIC Concrete Existed:

There are many ways of telling people about your business and generating leads from it, but one of the most important factors for us at RootFlow is speed. We want to start getting you results as fast as possible, which means we’ll start using the method that will allow us to do that.

In our case it’s digital ads. We’ll set up your ad account, create custom ads for your business and plug them into our qualification process.

This means immediate exposure to your service area and within days you’ll start getting leads coming to you while you sleep.

And before we get ahead of ourselves and start talking about how we qualify those leads, we do want to mention that advertising is just one way of generating leads. The reason we use advertising is because it allows us to deliver leads on a silver platter to you in a matter of days.

That being said, we also want to help you set up more ways of generating leads for your business so that you don’t have to rely on one single source to get more jobs.

Because of this we also have training on how to properly create and grow your online brand which will compound over time and start getting you leads just for posting content – that takes a while and requires patience and consistency, but is worth it once you’ve done the work!

There’s also SEO, email marketing, and many more which we will help you implement. But advertising is definitely the fastest way to get you started.

Once you have your lead sources generating consistent leads, we need to make sure that you only talk to those that are qualified.

Qualifying Your Leads & Booking Them:

Part of our lead generation system is adding barriers to keep the bad apples away. Just like gold miners will run the mud through different filters to remove rocks and minerals and find the gold, we add specific questions that only serious leads will answer, filtering out the tire kickers.

That means that you only spend time talking to people that are serious enough to answer detailed questions about their project which leads to a higher chance at closing more jobs.

And if you’re getting too many leads, we can increase those barriers and add even more questions depending on your needs. This gives you more control over what kind of leads you’ll be talking to.

Once the leads have been qualified, it’s time to book them on your calendar. We do this through multiple ways.

The first option is for leads to book in automatically through our landing page system where they can access a calendar and select a date and time only once they’ve been qualified.

If the leads don’t automatically book, we have a follow-up system in place to help you book those leads on your calendar.

For Juan, 75% of leads booked an estimate and over 90% of those estimates came in automatically without having to follow up with anyone.

At this point, it’s time to complete those estimates and close the job.

A Proven Sales Process to Convert Estimate Into Jobs:

One of the reasons why Juan was able to grow so quickly was because he knew how to sell. Since he spent a lot of time door-knocking he knew how to talk to people and make them feel good, which led to him getting the jobs.
